A complete plan for your exterior
A good finish starts with understanding the surface underneath it. At the survey, we assess existing render, brickwork or blockwork, access and the details around windows, doors and roof edges. Your quotation should set out preparation, the proposed system and the areas included, so you can compare the full scope of the work.
Choose a finish that suits your home
Explore coloured monocouche finishes, silicone rendering and external wall insulation with a rendered finish. We work with VPI and K-Rend rather than treating every wall as the same project. Bring photographs of finishes you like and we can discuss the texture, colour and specification at your survey.
Know your starting budget
Our rendering guide is £65–£70 per m², including materials, labour, basecoat and fibreglass reinforcing mesh. Scaffolding is quoted separately. Removing old render is an additional £25–£30 per m² for the area requiring removal. Repairs and detailing are assessed individually.

Can you render over existing render?
Sometimes, but only after the existing surface has been assessed. Loose, hollow or unsuitable material may need removal. A photograph alone cannot confirm whether the existing render can support a new system.
Do I need rendering or external wall insulation?
Rendering changes the exterior finish. An EWI system adds insulation as well as a new finish. We can compare the two options for your property before you decide.
