We work with VPI and K-Rend. Your wall construction, existing surface and preferred texture help us choose the right system.
A mineral render with colour mixed through the material, giving brick and block walls a consistent, textured finish.
VPI and K-Rend offer different products and finishes. We specify the product to suit your property.
A decorative finish applied over a prepared basecoat. Silicone technology helps the surface repel rainwater while allowing water vapour to escape.
Our EWI option uses VPI Silicone Render System over a reinforced basecoat.
Combine a new exterior with 100 mm EPS insulation. The insulation layer helps reduce heat escaping through the walls.
Benefits depend on the property and existing insulation. Suitability, ventilation and detailing are checked at the survey.
MonoCal GM/GF: a coloured, semi-lightweight monocouche render for masonry and concrete walls, designed for weather resistance and water-vapour permeability.
Crepilane+ T & TF: a ready-mixed, silicone-enhanced decorative finish within VPI’s thin-coat range.
Silicone TC 15: a ready-mixed, coloured resin render. Its silicone technology creates a water-repellent, vapour-permeable finish.
The specified build-up combines a suitable K Rend basecoat, Primer TC and the decorative topcoat. The substrate and preparation determine the specification.
